At Oomasa Accessories, we value your trust and your money. That’s why we offer a simple 3-step return process and provide a refund coupon code equivalent to your returned product’s value — so you can shop guilt-free again!
✨ Our 3-Step Return Process
1. Inform Us
Send us an email at customercare@oomasaaccessories.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include:

Clear Image(s) of the product
Once we receive your request and approve it, you can proceed to Step 2.
2. Return to Us
Ship the item(s) in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact within 5 days of return approval.

Customers bear the return shipping cost.

Use a trusted courier and share tracking details.

Items damaged or missing original packaging will not qualify for a refund coupon.
3. Receive Your Refund Coupon
Once we receive your package and complete a quality check, we’ll issue your refund coupon code via email within 3 working days.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded after a 5% deduction (Payment Gateway fees).

COD orders will be confirmed by phone before dispatch.
🔁 Refund Policy Summary

All refunds are issued as coupon codes only.

Non-acceptance of prepaid orders will incur a ₹250 deduction.

Shipping waivers applied initially will be reversed (₹125 deducted) if returned.

COD token amounts are non-refundable if the order is rejected or returned.

If token > ₹250, the balance is issued as a coupon.

📦 Damaged Product Received?
Though every Oomasa piece goes through a 3-step Quality Check, courier mishandling may happen.
Here’s how to claim your replacement/refund:
1. Inform Us Within 48 Hours
Send an unboxing video or clear photos showing the damage to customercare@oomasaaccessories.com.
2. We’ll Arrange a Pickup (India only)
We’ll confirm and arrange a free reverse pickup within 24 hours.
If you miss the pickup, you’ll need to ship it back at your own cost.
3. Resolution
We’ll either:

Ship a replacement (if in stock)

OR issue a full refund coupon code valid for 1 year
No money refunds for damaged product cases — only replacement or coupon code.

Maximum of 2 refund codes can be issued for repeat returns tracing back to the original purchase.
