Online Account

All orders placed through your login account will be considered as orders placed by you and will be fulfilled accordingly. We shall not be liable for any misuse of your account.

Damaged Products

All Oomasa Accessories products undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch. However, damages during shipping may occur beyond our control.

If you receive a damaged item, please email us at customercare@oomasaaccessories.com within 48 hours of receiving the package, along with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will offer a replacement of the same or a similar product (based on availability). Requests received after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement or resolution.


Missed Delivery

Our courier partners make three delivery attempts. If the order is not received by you during these attempts, it will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping can be done at your request, subject to an additional fee of ₹250.

  • Cash-on-Delivery orders returned due to missed delivery will only be re-shipped after full advance online payment of the order value plus shipping charges.
