Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
Once your order is shipped, we’ll notify you via email with the tracking details.

In rare cases of delays due to product unavailability or operational issues, we will keep you informed and update you on revised timelines.

🔍 ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A Tracking URL

  • An AWB number

You can live track your order using these details on the courier partner’s tracking portal.

📬 DELIVERY TIMELINE (INDIA)

  • Metro Cities: 2–3 working days from dispatch

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 working days from dispatch

In case of unforeseen delays, courier-related issues, or natural disruptions, delivery might take longer. We request you to keep tracking the package through the provided link.

📱 Important Delivery Note

  • A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory to receive deliveries.
    Our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery system.

  • ⚠️ Failure to verify OTP may result in non-delivery. If the package is returned to us due to missed OTP, a ₹125 re-shipping charge will be applicable.
